Very Limited Time Offer: Free Consultation with Landon

Published in

I am seriously considering doing consultations online with autistic students and their families.  The first step for me in doing that is asking for volunteers who are interested in a free trial.

Those families would need to commit to having both the student and at least one parent or guardian meet with me by video conference (probably Skype) for three sessions, each lasting between thirty and sixty minutes.  In the first session, we will set a goal to work toward and figure out a way of getting some data related to it.  In the second, we will look at that data and create a plan.  After putting that plan into action, we will meet a third time to consider its success and figure out what the next steps should be, including an evaluation of my work with you.

What I want to do is help families figure out ways to solve problems that can then be applied to different situations. We can work on any issue related to academic success or quality of life.  If you are figuring out how to help a teenager with Asperger's syndrome make great use of the summer, please consider letting me help.

I am qualified to work with students age twelve or older who are in a mainstream setting for most of their day.  I have a Master of Science in education and have taught in both private and public schools.  Obviously, I cannot give any kind of legal or medical advice.

If you are interested enough to have questions, please contact me here.

Thanks,

Landon
